Refund Policies:
We at Glenn Rottmann Inc. are committed to ensuring that our customers are getting the best value out of their digital courses, sessions and group coaching experiences. Please review our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and our refund policies listed by product:
The Hypnosis System, The 5 Day Meditation Challenge, Master Your Weight Loss and The Foundation Class:
Due to the nature of digital products, there is no physical product to return. We also cannot monitor each users completion and participation in the programs. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds on these programs.
The Hypno Vault:
The Hypno Vault is a monthly or annual subscription service to all of available content within this program. Each user has the ability to stop their subscription service at any time within their own account settings. The subscription must be canceled 24 hours before the next reoccurring payment. Because the user has complete control over their subscription service, we do not offer a refund for any subscription payments made less than 24 hour from cancellation.
Elite Mastery Group Coaching:
1. Eligibility To be eligible for a refund for Inner Elite Mastery, you must adhere to the following conditions:
a. You must request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
b. You must have accessed no more than 25% of the digital course content.
c. You must not have attended more than one group coaching session.
d. You must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund, demonstrating that the coaching program did not meet your expectations.
2. Refund Process To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your refund request, including your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
b. Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, will initiate the refund process within 3 business days.
c. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Exceptions Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
a. Refund requests made after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
b. If more than 25% of the digital course content has been accessed.
c. If you have attended more than one group coaching session.
d. If the refund request is made without a valid reason or without sufficient evidence that the coaching program did not meet your expectations.
4. Changes to Refund Policy Glenn Rottmann Inc. reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to access or use our group coaching programs after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised refund policy.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement, subject to the following conditions: TheClient shall provide a written notice of termination to the Coach at least six (6) weeks prior to the intended termination date. The Coach, on the other hand, reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time without prior notice. The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered up to and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.
Terms and Conditions:
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Glenn Rottmann Inc. website, online courses, live seminars, group coaching, or one-on-one coaching (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Glenn Rottmann Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
1. Description of Services We offer digital courses, live seminars, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching to help individuals improve their personal or professional skills. Services may be provided in-person, through the use of video conferencing or other electronic means, or by providing access to pre-recorded digital content.
2. Eligibility To access and use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration In order to access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Refunds All payments for Services must be made in advance. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other approved methods. Prices are subject to change at our sole discretion. Please refer to our refund policy as clearly on this webpage.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling For group coaching, and one-on-one coaching sessions, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights All content provided in the digital courses, live seminars, and coaching sessions, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and logos, is the property of Glenn Rottmann Inc or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Glenn Rottmann Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
