Just want to say stumbled onto you sight by accident… I have spent a lot of money and time on hypnotherapy in the past. Although some sessions with various therapists have worked, the majority has not. Yours is brilliant, it actually works I’m so happy! I was so desperate to loose the 4 stone I gained. First due to bereavement and anti depressants to lock down period and change of medication. Eating out of boredom, loneliness and mild depression.
